An Elizabeth man has been arrested and charged in connection with a car accident in Roselle that killed a 60-year-old woman. According to a news report in The Star-Ledger, the fatal pedestrian accident occurred in the 600 block of East Third Avenue. Police say the woman was crossing the roadway to visit friends and got out of her parked car when she was struck. The woman was thrown into traffic and died at the scene.
